The project is located in the Dominican republic, south of the island of Haiti, about 30 km from the capital city of santo Domingo. It is about 26 km from the international port of DEHAINA. The cement clinker or 2500 t, production target of 2700 TPD, annual output of ASTM Ⅰ and Ⅱ C150 # Portland cement for 900000 t every year.
